Features

Integrated vacuum & refill

– Vacuum pump 16 m³/h (50 Hz, final < 5 mbar) or 19 m³/h (60 Hz, final < 1 mbar) – Refills SF₆ directly from cylinder to equipment

Portable cylinder-cart design

– Manual control panel with digital vacuum gauge/sensor – Anti-return valve on vacuum pump to prevent oil backflow

Power & accessories

– AC 220 V, 50 Hz, single-phase (custom voltages optional) – Includes 3 m DN13 refilling hose with DN20 coupling, ball-valve connector and vacuum outlet hose – Optional: cylinder heating device, weighing system, alternative cylinder connectors (US/Germany standard)
