Founded in 1990 by a team of experts formerly with Magrini Galileo, a historic Italian company and, at the time, a global leader in the manufacturing of HV and MV equipment, REM has built extensive expertise in the overhaul, maintenance, installation, and testing of circuit breakers, disconnectors, and current and voltage transformers (CTs and VTs).
In recent years, a dedicated team of specialized technicians has been established for the installation of traditional and gas-insulated substations (GIS) operating at 145–220–380 kV.
The company’s headquarters are located in Monselice (Padua province, Italy), within an industrial facility comprising 900 m² of covered area, 500 m² of semi-covered area, and over 1,000 m² of outdoor space.
REM S.R.L. is fully equipped to perform on-site installation, electromechanical testing, and functional verification of HV/MV equipment directly at customer facilities.
The company has also developed an efficient rapid-response service, with a dedicated emergency team ready to ensure immediate assistance in case of faults or failures within power plants.
