Rapid SF₆ cycle

Recovers gas to < 1 mbar, liquefies and stores it, then refills a 40 L cylinder in 5 – 8 minutes

High-capacity pumping

15 m³/h oil-free compressor, 15 m³/h vacuum pump, 5 m³/h booster for efficient liquid SF₆ handling

Advanced purification

Dual dry and particle filters (≤ 1 µm) with integrated refrigeration for superior gas purity
