We manage the full life cycle of sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) with a high-performance regeneration service. With latest-generation mobile units, we purify the gas directly on site or in the workshop, returning it to the same chemical and physical characteristics as factory-fresh gas.
Flexible Regeneration (In the Workshop or On Site): working with a mobile unit removes the complex logistics of cylinders and keeps machine downtime to a minimum. Gas regenerated on site goes straight back into the HV equipment.
Collection and Take-Over: alternatively, we can collect the treated gas, relieving the client of stock and register management.
Why regeneration is both an operational and an ecological obligation
SF6 is the greenhouse gas with the highest environmental impact: it persists in the atmosphere for 3,200 years, and 1 kg released is equivalent to emitting 24.3 tonnes of CO2 (a GWP of 23,500).
In line with the restrictions of the EU F-Gas Regulation, regeneration avoids buying new gas quotas, removes the cost of disposal as special waste, and guarantees full traceability of recovery operations.
