Features

  • Modular design: each module operates independently or in any combination for scalable capacity
  • Complete SF₆ cycle: recovery, liquefaction, storage and re-filling into switchgear or pressure vessels
  • Negative-pressure recovery: boosts efficiency and minimizes residual gas
  • Oil-free compressors:
    – Standard: 4 m³/h (8–10 kg/h), max. 3.5 MPa, 380 V 50 Hz, 2.2 kW
    – Optional: 15 m³/h version for higher throughput
  • Vacuum technology:
    – Oil-free vacuum compressor: 7.2 m³/h, ≤ 5 mbar
    – Vacuum pump: 16 m³/h, ≤ 5 mbar (optional 64 m³/h pump for ultra-low vacuum)
  • Integrated refrigeration: single-phase R404A unit (220 V 50 Hz) for rapid SF₆ liquefaction (optional 3-phase unit)
  • Customizable options: automatic self-loading device, additional modules and bespoke cooling methods
